Team leader should be able to see in real time how the team members are using their cold time according to auto-categorization based on active application. Currently this is not visible until user reports his cold time.

Hi there
It's doesnt follow the rules of Cold Start, because it's feature for private tracking and reassigning to any project and task
It would be unsafety if team leaders will see activities for not reassigned Cold Start from different projects where they are absent.
We investigated how users use Cold Start feature, and noticed fully incorrect using - users tracked time and didn't reassign it to tasks, so managers didn't see activities
So we temporary disabled it for optimizing
